dc.description.abstractThe Critical Piping Networks with high Pressure and Temperature are to be analyzed in CAESAR II software in order to know the behavior of the piping network in different load cases. The Bending, Torsion and CODE Stresses (Calculated by B 31.3), Deflections, Forces and Moments at Restrains are output of the Analysis, the supporting system are varied and these parameters are found within the permissible limit. The Composite Analysis of the Coke Drum, Structure and attached Piping system is been carried out. The full modeling of the Structure, Equipment and Piping System of the Coke Drum has been modeled in structural and Piping Modules of CAESAR II software. Equipment and Over head PSV Line and Vapor Lines has been modeled as a pipe element. The Forces due to the slug flow, seismic effect, and the wind effect are also considered, the supports are decided according to the loads on the nodes. Due to heavy loads the constant spring hangars are unavoidable. The coke drum and piping system is attached to the piping system by the rigid members. The results for all the restrain nodes and the nozzle pr vessel junction are obtained in the static analysis. The results of the Over head lines of the Coke Drum is of the compared for different Load Cases i.e. pressure and temperature conditions , in both the cases with and without attachment of the structure, and the comparison of the Moments, Forces, Deflection, Stress in both the cases is been done.en
