Abstract: | Wehear hearing solutions is a headphone manufacturing company. They make over the ear wearable headphones. Company’s objective is to provide best hearing care products with the best quality and affordable price. In the electronic industry the competition is not easy. There are more than 20 headphone manufacture companies in India. The Company started in 2017 with hearing aid product SenZ and now after realizing the need of healthy headphones they have moved to headphones manufacturing. These headphones are based on bone conduction technology. My profile was digital marketing in the company. I worked on creating Facebook ads and Influencer Marketing for WeHear. Company is facing problems of low awareness and no trust for the product in audience. For this we worked on Facebook ads to create awareness and increase traffic on website. This has other benefits like increasing social media presence. We chose Instagram to promote the ad through business manager account of WeHear. It needs a lot of knowledge as we have to choose bid strategy, right audience, right objective and pixels etc. To increase the trust for brand, we promoted the product through Influencer Marketing. For this, after a lot research we made a list of influencers. Then we contact them and after a series of conversions, the deal takes place. We are seeking direct sales also with influencers marketing. Company has potential to grow and the product is a common usable consumer product. My recommendation is that they need to promote it to mass, through TV and celebrity endorsement. For this they first need to look for investment, which is possible looking at the potential and quality of product. I am glad to put my efforts at WeHear, as I have learned a lot about digital marketing and sharpened my core marketing concepts. |
