Abstract

Ananda Vak is a recently established Digital marketing firm. Which provides End to End marketing solutions. I got an internship in the position of sales and marketing Executive. We started working with Lead generation, cold calling etc. This is how I learned the basics of sales. Post that we were assigned a project in which we had to draw marketing strategy to launch a book online and further implement it. That’s how I got acquainted with fundamentals of Marketing. The book ended up being the bestseller in the category. During the internship I was able to recall various concepts I learned in the classroom and implement those concepts to enhance my working. Writing this report made me recall all of it. Just not the concepts but the soft skills I’ve learned. The qualities I’ve gain such as Team working, Leadership, Patience and the most important communication skills. Despite the fact the entire tenure was from home, it helped me understand the organization’s hierarchy, culture and its various other aspects. We were able to feel the pressure as we might feel in our Jobs. This internship holistically developed me for my Job and understand the volatility and situation of market, Especially the Marketing Industry.
