Abstract: During the time of COVID-19 ,every company dezires to go digital,that is where the role of digital marketing companies come into play.Jio Creative labs is a one stop destination for all the digital advertising needs.Team at Jio Creative Labs is working day and night to help companies advertise digitally and making the new age strategies for their clients that has the capability to go viral on the digital platorms. My 10 weeks internship at Reliance JIO Creative Labs gave me lot of knowledge about marketing agency and its work culture. I understood how the company can do its work efficiently without proper hierarchy as Jio Creative Labs has flat hierarchy where everyone sits on the same floor and call each other by their first name only. Being in Digital Marketing and Strategy Department of the organization,I was able to make strategies for the clients which were brought by Sales team. After getting a client, the main aim of the strategy team was to understand the brief that was given to them so that they could understand what kind of work the client is expecting. After the brief we focused on the work that the brand has done till now and also did the market research about the competitors and their strategies in the market. After the secondary research we developed strategies for the brand as per their brief and pitched them accordingly. I am also involved in making the pitch deck for various celebrities and influencer to make their social media platform engaging and gets the most traction which ultimately leads to increase in their number of followers. Internship gives the opportunity to convert theoretical knowledge into practical knowledge which can help student managers to expand their horizon of knowledge and experience the work culture.
