Abstract

The Summer Internship Report of mine consists of the work done by me in the summer internship at Ventura Securities Limited from 13th April 2020 to 10th June 2020. Ventura Securities Limited is a well-known Stock Broking and Research Company in the country. The project on which I was working was ‘Equity Research on company listed in Indian Stock Market namely Fine Organics Industries Ltd.’ This project report consists of 3 parts- A, B and C respectively. Part A contains about the company, it’s leadership, various products and services, customers and competitors, Industry growth and future prospects, etc. Part B is the most important part and it also forms the main body of the report. This part talks in detail about the different methods of financial analysis explaining in context with Fine Organics Industries Ltd. This part also contains many figures which I felt were important for the explanation and also to make my report understanding. Part C talks about my learnings and experiences from the summer internship of 2020. I learned a lot of things about the Stock Broking Industry and then about Ventura Securities Limited as a Stock Broking and Research company and also providing up to the market standard services. The last part of the summer internship final report also includes references which has helped me preparing the final report along with the help and guidance of the people and institutions that I have already mentioned in the acknowledgement.
