Abstract: | This report reflects the invaluable experience I gained from the summer internship that started in the month of May. I will be grateful to the Mr. Harsh and Ms. Roli as they offered me a Sales & Marketing Intern role when my previous internship was revoked due to the pandemic. It is said that internship is the window to the corporate world and this internship despite the adverse conditions helped in gaining experience and learning new skills and most importantly professionalism. I started my journey on 3rd May 2020 with my first task being related to content marketing. Next 14 days, I indulged in endless content research, learning how to make use of certain keywords to increase the visibility of our website and the importance of SEO in getting more hits on our website. Followed by that I stepped into an entire different vertical of email marketing maixed with international marketing. I was asked to generate a data of potential international clients and write a sales email to pitch to them. Throughout my journey I was guided by the directors of the company. Working in a startup has provided me with immense opportunities to work in various verticals and connect directly with the top heads. |
