dc.description.abstractInteractive Brokers is a Fintech company based out of USA which deals with portfolio management, trading stocks, shares, EFPs, forex bonds etc. The company entertains individuals as well as organizations as its clients. It has offices in four cities in Greenwich, Connecticut. It outsources the human resources from various parts of the world. It has offices based in South America, Europe, Indian Subcontinent and Australia which deal with the clients based in their respective zones. The Indian office, situated in Mumbai, outsources its services for the operational work of clients situated all over the world. Temporary employees or interns are hired from all over the world to smoothen the work. There were 20+ interns hired during this summer internship period. Our responsibilities and duties were same. They kept reshuffling the duties between the interns. The report gives an in-depth view of the responsibilities, working culture and the industry of the company.en_US
