Abstract: Mantras2Success Consultants is an HR as well as consultancy firm that deals with recruitment training services. The three main services of the firm includes: training, resume writing and recruitment services. It is a two year old start-up by Mr. Jitendra Lakhwani and Mrs. Swati Panjwani. The company is a major recruiter for many renowned firms and perform hiring for them. The team also gives training at various institutional and cooperative institutions. My role for the internship was to optimise the digital media content and strengthen the image of the organisation on its various social media platforms. During my tenure with Mantars2Success Consultancy I had to make posters for the job openings that were shared to M2S and whose recruitment process was done by ours. The posting and scheduling of these posters were also done by me. During the phase I of the internship I was mainly asked to study the various social media handles, find out the flaws if any on their accounts and to keep scheduling posts on the social media accounts of M2S and increase the engagement on these handles. The Phase II of my internship had me working on the BNI connect network and finding prospective clients in the United States, United Kingdom and Canada market as the company is expecting to broaden its market to these countries. Sir also gave me a task to prepare a client pitch presentation that can be used when pitching clients about tying up with Mantras2Success Consultants, I learnt how to make a crisp and detailed presentation to attract prospective clients and how important it is in the conversion of prospective to actual clients. Along with this I had the opportunity to learn about the various digital marketing tools like SMS marketing and E-mail marketing.
