Abstract

Summer Internship is all about learning the real life experience and facing challenges in the current industry. Converting various theoretical knowledge for field job requirements helps to analyze our skill of understanding things in classroom lectures. At the same time, internship judges our capability to take decision, which is the main path towards the organizational success. For the two month time period, I worked at Genie Talk Private Limited as a Digital Marketing Intern. The current ongoing pandemic has affected us all in many ways. I was not able to get experience of field job part but at the same time I honed my skills in online marketing which is growing day by day at a fast pace. The company helped us to grow our interpersonal communication with the other businesses and taught us how social media marketing is one big thing which is going to rule the market place for the next few decades. Starting our work with YouTube marketing, converting into market research analyst and finally turning into pitching company for product selling helped me to gain a whole new level of experience. As an intern, I was able to gather information about various industries and their contact person to whom one can pitch their product. Realizing all the facts about private sector helps to get indulge into one and bring growth into self-performance.
