To identify various issues concerning Intelligent Transit Management System and to provide solutions for the same

Abstract

Summer Internship is one of the most important components in the MBA program. This year, the covid-19 pandemic forced students to do summer internship virtually i.e. working from home. As a part of my summer internship programme, I worked as a Product Management Intern with Amnex Infotechnologies, Ahmedabad. This report summarizes my work during the two months period i.e. from 10th April 2020 to 10th June 2020. This report has three parts. Part A consists the details about the company (Amnex). Further it analyses the industry scenario, competitive position of the company in the industry, growth story of the company, its competitor, and strategic analysis of company using different frameworks like McKinsey 7s framework and porter’s five forces analysis. This part also discusses about the problems (external and internal) that the company might face in near future i.e. in 3-5 years period. Part B provides details about my project specific work that I did during the internship. It includes situation analysis, nature of the problem, objectives, expected outcomes, adopted methodology during the projects and solutions and recommendations to the organization. To the end, Part C consists of key learnings that I got during the summer internship programme.
