Explorra consultancy focuses on problem solving for corporates using modern tools and design thinking. This project’s main focus was to conduct Branding and PR activities for Explorra in Corporate sector. The first stage was to conduct a sector wise analysis of various industries in order to review their needs and find out recent trends in order to start approaching corporates. Today, the industry has higher requirements for individuals: greater scale, scope, and speed. Because of the high risk and the small implementation window, efficiency and productivity need to be improved. Special personalized offers were created while keeping in mind the needs of various sectors and companies. A unique strategy was formed to make the webinars offered more creative and knowledgeable. Mapping was done after the execution of each session for its effectiveness to ensure to the point delivery. A hefty preparation was done and collaterals were created including Handbooks, Articles, two and five minutes read for various platforms so to send out while approaching corporate. The final stage was to reach the corporate for our programs and consultancy and start the PR work, for which detailed analysis was done of scenarios, both post and pre covid-19 pandemic lockdown, All organizations try to gain a competitive advantage in product development and diversification, while trying to optimize their resources.
