dc.description.abstractSummer Internship is very important component for the MBA programme because it gives opportunities to discover the real world, creating network for future, etc. But this year due to Covid-19 pandemic forced students to do Summer Internship virtually which is also big task for them. As per my internship programme firstly I was appointed as an Operations Intern at Cadila Healthcare Limited but due to this pandemic I was not able to done on-site Internship so I switched over to Ammann India private limited as an Operations Management Trainee after completed Phase 1 at Zydus Cadila. This report summarized two months of period of my summer internship i.e. from 5th May, 2020 to 5th July, 2020. In this report Part A consist the details about the company (Cadila Healthcare). Further it analyses the company’s products, services, financial position, Market conditions, Industry classification, Industry structure, External Environmental Factors, growth & culture of the company, Mckinsey 7’s framework, Porter 5 forces, etc. It also discussed company’s problem statements and possible solutions. In Part B provides details of my project which I was done in Ammann. It includes objectives of project, Adopted Methodology, Supply chain procedure of Ammann, nature of problem, expected outcome, solutions to the organization. In Part C consists of key learnings from that I got during my Summer Internship programme.en_US
