Projects Execution Tracking System

Abstract

The successful completion and timely delivery of any project depends upon the successful completion of each individual module. Where each individual module’s completion is depends upon the task which are completed by an individual. So, tracking the progress of overall project requires tracking and completing each task associated with project. In this highly competitive world, timely delivery of any hardware or software product is crucial to win customer’s trust and maintain organization’s share in the market. Projects Execution Tracking system is a tracking system which is helpful to keeping track of each tasks associated with project. Tasks are assigned by the project manager to specific employees. System shows user’s specific tasks to each employee associated with project, so each employee has a clear idea about his/her tasks and their contribution in driving project towards completion. Projects manager can see the overall progress of a project as well as the progress of individual domains involved in project. When anyone has any query regarding project, or required some assistance from the management team, they can reach out to them by raising project specific query. Project managers will assign an employee to solve that specific query. This functionality is named as ticketing system. Apart from these functionality tool also allows employees to raise some request regarding project. These requests will review by multiple approvers and final request status will depends upon the response from each approver.
