dc.description.abstract | People who are committed to their fit body but couldn’t afford much time to go to gym often end up having fitness machines at home. Basic exercises can be done properly but some of the exercises requires proper guidance and correction as it can result into serious injury in the body. This could be achieved using Artificial intelligence. The project is based on the Artificial Intelligent action-recognition method which has a wide application in the practical world. As the whole project is been designed for commercial purpose, the development of the project is divided into three phases. In phase one, model is created for the exercise detection. In phase two, the system deployment will take place which will include the research and implementation of pro- duction pipeline. The third phase will include performance enhancement of model, feature addition of posture correction and integrating the whole AI model with smart equipment which are designed to provide additional in- formation like repetitions and weight-lifting. That’s how, a user will have a system which will detect the exercise, count the repetitions simultaneously and if not done with correct posture, will correct the posture by giving the appropriate instruction. | en_US |
