Abstract

Project Management tool is having many tools under it. All tools are used for managing project task and keep track of task. Like how many tasks is pending for project and How much is pending. There are some tools used for finance management also. So higher authorities get idea of how much cost is done in projects and how much they need more. I created one tool which is used for giving rewards to employees which done good works. In organization if someone or some group do good work then organization reward them, so they feel worth it to do and it will increase eagerness towards work. Now for give rewards to employees. Organization have some process. Like they must verify reward details from higher authority, who are applicable for reward and how many points they want to give them. So, for that organization wants to build a platform that can easily maintain all the track of reward and that is known as Recognition tool. This tool is made using various web technologies like for frontend Vue js. For backend, PHP is used and for database, MySQL is used. Currently i am working on iOPS tool which is used to maintain most of the task done by different tools can be done by one tool only. It is like one shop for all. Mostly task done by iOPs is management related. to develop iOPs in frontend i used HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and in backend PHP, MySQL.
