| Abstract: | RAD QMT is a Real Time Automated Descriptive tool to keep track of the issues submitted by various OEM/ODM in real time. This tool acts as an Intel/OEM feedback mechanism. It addresses the issues associated with customer retention, quality of sighting and excellence in execution. Efficiency and Performance Platform is a web-based tool designed to integrate and partially automate various activities involved in support and monitoring of graphics problems as a one-stop point. CRAD QMT 3.0 tool will provide users all the flexibility to track the updates about the customers/OEM’s. It will provide a blend of customized features to aid users query the database for their respective OEM and platforms. |
