Abstract: This report is prepared for the sole purpose of providing insights about the job portal industry in India—what are the trends and how it has pivoted during this pandemic. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the worldwide recruitment software market grew 4.74 percent year over year in 2020, and the industry is expected to increase at a CAGR of above 5% throughout the period between 2020-2025.One of the important aspects driving the market's growth is the increasing penetration rate of cloud-based platforms, as well as the use of mobile-based recruitment methods. Automated resume screening approaches that employ artificial intelligence (AI) to assess a candidate's level of skills and expertise are fast gaining traction in the workplace. The development of new tools such as applicant finding, candidate relationship management, advertisement management, and LinkedIn and Facebook integration are all projected to contribute to the growth of the recruitment software market. Multimedia devices, smart devices, and electronic gadgets have been increasingly popular around the world in recent years. Smartphones, for example, are predicted to increase from 1.75 billion units in 2017 to 2.3 billion units in 2023. Many recruiting sites are preferring mobile recruitment apps due to the increased popularity of smart devices. Recruiters can use these apps to automatically download all applications and shortlist candidates' resumes based on the company's needs, making the process more efficient. During the period from 2020-2025, this tendency is projected to have a beneficial impact on the worldwide recruiting software market's growth. There's no doubting that the recruitment software business has exploded in recent years. It's because current recruitment technologies have aided recruiters in speeding up the hiring process and broadening their prospect pool. Staffing companies all around the world have been able to increase production while simultaneously lowering high hiring expenses thanks to the use of recruitment software.
