Abstract

This report is compilation of the industry analysis report along with the work done by me in the organization. The report consists of the details about the major tasks/projects done by me in the period of four\ months. The report consists of five parts. First is About the Organization under which company details, products/services offered, customers/clients, and organization culture. The second section consists of the details on the Industry Wherein Industry Classification is mentioned and discussed in detail. The third part of the report is the tool used to analyse the company- The 7-S Framework. Fourth part talks about the work done in the company. Project title and the area of work. Fifth part of the report consists of the road ahead and the problems and the probable solutions for Publicis Business. Lastly and the seventh part consists of the Conclusion and the final statement of the report. It also talks about the learnings.
