Preparing a Competitive Market Landscape Assessment for Again Drinks and a Creation of Digital Strategy that Works - End to End from Ideation to Execution with the Dual Objectives of Brand Awareness and Sales

Abstract

Again Drinks is a milkshake and Yogurt selling brand which was established around 3 years ago. They have a total of 4 products which include 2 milkshakes and 2 drinkable yogurts which are made from natural ingredients like fruit pulp, low fat toned milk. Their products do not contain any added preservatives or artificial sweeteners. They have many competitors in market some of which are Epigamia, Storia, Hershey’s, Amul, Phab, Revive, Real, etc. The internship entailed of various tutoring sessions which included sessions on finance, promotions and campaigning, sales, and supply and chain. During the 2-month period I had opportunity to explore Influencer marketing, maintaining stock reports, provide product analysis for various options in the market, make user friendly reports for easier analysis of stock, explore various analytic tools for the brand, make an event calendar for the brand, suggest social media strategies for the brand and explore online sales territory. It helped me understand the workings of the company and understand the know-hows of the company and indulge into various day to day activities. It helped experience how to organize an Influencer marketing activity from scratch. The customers in this industry have abundant options at their service and hence they tend to switch more often and their retention becomes a difficult task.
