Abstract: The internship is an integral part of the Logistic Industry. I have been fortunate enough to get an opportunity to work in Safexpress Pvt. Ltd. This Eight-week period of my internship in such a reputed and large organization provided me real time exposure to know in depth about the organizational working process. I created many itineraries over a period of time under the supervision of my Mentor Mr. Ankit Tiwari (Manager Corporate Strategy) at Safexpress Pvt. Ltd. He not only provided me a lot of opportunities but also helped me in building my skills specially with interpersonal relationship skills with Key stakeholders. All types of logistic in India have registered phenomenal growth in the last decade ever since the Indian government decided to boost revenues from the logistic sector by projecting India as the ultimate logistic oriented nation. The basic objectives of my study were: • To know about basics of logistic industry • To gain different industry knowledge • To know more corporate people • To know how logistic takes place • To study the Indian Logistics companies and its comparison with the Safexpress Pvt. Ltd. • To explore the challenges in Operations Department and mitigate it through Training and Coaching.
