dc.description.abstractThe Outlook Group is one of India's most prestigious publishing houses. Outlook is a wellknown brand that is well-liked throughout the world. The corporation, like its contemporaries, is a victim of the world's sudden trend change. The corporation is finding it difficult to compete with alternatives such as television, the internet, and newspapers. Although the print industry is expected to pick up steam once the lockdown restrictions are eased the industry leaders are met with a challenge on how to gain the customers that they have lost due to the pandemic. Hence all the market players are using different tools to improve their customer life cycle strategies to increase their market share and revenue. The main objectives of this SIP were to understand and implementation of different marketing and sales strategies, to bring new customers to outlook and increasing the sales of subscriptions in which I was able to sell Rs 4798 worth of subscriptions, learning about customer relationship management through customer life cycle analysis and the use of Net Promoter score and then analyzing the score to give recommendations, learning how to create digital audit reports and the use that knowledge to compare Outlook with its competitors and giving recommendations, implementation of product brand management strategies and understanding the different aspects of it and then using these aspects to make recommendations for improvement and lastly creating a detailed media plan for advertising.en_US
