Analysis of Investment Pattern of Individuals

Abstract

The report gives details about the research project that is carried out under the mentorship of Mr. Ajay Ku. Soni, my mentor at NJ Group, one of the leading players in the Indian financial services industry. The Group gives its interns a unique opportunity to grow and develop their skills across multiple domains and projects. Daily and weekly follow-ups, feedback sessions are conducted online with the mentor Mr. Ajay Ku. Soni himself who keeps me updated about the developments of my reports and the daily client interaction and also guides me to perform better. I contributed to a research study regarding the scope and variables that influence individuals' investment decisions about placing their money into different asset classes, particularly "Mutual Funds,". Mr. Ajay Soni, my mentor, shared his unique ideas into how I may make my study more meaningful and beneficial for NJ Group, as well as learn more about the elements that influence mutual fund selection in India. Working for NJ Group has provided me with the opportunity to learn more about mutual funds. These findings will aid mutual fund companies in identifying areas for development and developing new and creative products by taking into account the most important influencing elements for investors in this volatile industry.
