Aside from India, the Schindler Group, a Swiss global corporation, has manufacturing sites in the United States, Spain, Brazil, and China. Schindler focuses on providing high-quality after-sales services in addition to excelling in product manufacture. Existing Installation Services is a word used in the business world (EI). My research focuses on the Annual Maintenance Contract, which is a critical component of EI services. The potential for new EI sales and the key cause of the company's Bad Debt, as well as possible strategies to ameliorate the situation.
