Abstract: This is a report on Sports365's marketing and sales practices that include the provision of Unified Infrastructure Services. Thanks to the company's direct experience in sales and marketing, I was able to understand the best practices in the field of sports and fitness, and there is still room to improve the work of the organization. The report also includes research on the industry's competitive environment, technologies adopted, and technologies that could be implemented in the near future to achieve high-performance marketing and sales networks. The report also tells users how many suppliers in different geographies are covered when contacting potential buyers of goods/services. The report also highlights key areas for improvement that the organization lacks and how to turn these shortcomings into opportunities for the organization. The Learning and Achievement section describes the outcome of the project and the knowledge gained from it. It also shows our knowledge of the entire sales and marketing process.
