dc.description.abstract | The following report highlights my experience of summer internship at Explorra School of Design and Technology. The project involved Rebranding Xplora Skool of Design to Explorra School of Design and Technology as the company begins its venture into the emerging technology programs like AI and 3D Printing. This involved a detailed analysis of who Explorra is as a brand, updating resources to the new brand and marketing the new brand. The project helped convey the new technology side of Explorra and update the brand with a more modern and refined look. The project began with research into brand Explorra and its existing resources like websites and social media networks. It then moved into the research of modern branding and rebranding techniques. I also went into research for the development of chatbot for websites and different social media. The project then went into the concept phase where we determined the new branding and put together an action plan for the same. In the execution phase, I proposed various plans for marketing the new Explorra brand at various websites and portals. I also created a social media plan that would add value to the viewers instead of a simple sales pitch as a post. Many of my plans were implemented already while others are kept in the database for implementation as and when required in the future. Through the project, I learned various new skills along with many opportunities to put my learnings from my first year of MBA to practical use. The overall experience of this project was highly educational thanks to the great liberty given by the project mentor. | en_US |
