Abstract

Growth Arrow being an independent entity in domain of financial service is serving its clients in various activities. The company is engaged in financial planning in the stock market investments, advisory services, various kind of trading whether long-term or short-term in varied securities such as equity, futures, options, commodity, nifty, bank nifty etc. The company in also involved in Portfolio management services and stock market training. The summer internship program in the company mainly focused on the imparting training to inculcate relevant tools used in the process of equity research. During the training sessions I developed the understanding on how to pick the companies for enhances my portfolio with perspective of wealth generation via Fundamental Analysis as well as booking short term profit or intraday profits with the help of technical analysis tools. My SIP also helped to gain relevant understanding about financial Planning, it being an essential component of financial management, which helps to device financial goals, strategies, practices and budgets for the financial operation of the corporation. It also facilitated the participants to monitor the trading performance which enabled me to enhance the gains. Paper trading enabled me to practice the real time practice of utilizing the tools that I learnt during the trading sessions.
