Abstract

A summer internship is an extremely important element of any management student's MBA path. It gives management trainees a glimpse into what life is like in the corporate world, how firms and departments operate, and how to succeed in it. Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd. provided the internship in the area of ‘Financial Research & Analysis.' Because the company recognized the world's current situation, the internship was completed remotely. Despite the fact that the internship was performed remot ely, the organization made every effort to provide a positive and rewarding experience. Cadila Pharmaceuticals is an Indian multinational pharmaceutical company headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, that specializes in providing high quality, cost effectiv e, and creative medical and treatment solutions. Starting with qualitative research on company profiling, vaccine production, and GST implications on taxable and non taxable supply, the project progressed to core experiential learning with the preparation of a financial model and the valuation of SeQuent Scientific Limited, a leading animal healthcare company. The report was written to include the following major elements: the industry and the company, an introduction to the project, the projects completed , the contribution made to the organization, and finally, the primary goal of the Summer Internship Program -' that could be gained from the brief but enriching experience at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited.
