Abstract: The purpose of this project is to understand the different facets of marketing that come into play when the Fiber business is concerned. The world of internet and internet service providers have moved from copper connections to fiber connections and Jio Fiber through its disruptive innovation has impacted the Indian market to a great extent. The report covers different facets of marketing such as customer relations, promotions through the use of social media platforms, and lead generation through traditional as well as digital outlets. In the report the underlying theory of marketing is discussed, problems or gaps if any are identified and suggestions for the same are given. Parameters, Pictures, Tables, and assumptions wherever necessary are presented within the report. To conclude the project-related and general learnings are discussed.
