dc.description.abstract | The report is about my summer internship programme with Bajaj Finance Limited- AF as Marketing intern, where I was assigned with the project of Mystery calling and PMG process. The organization has served more than 30 lakh customers in India since 1987. They provides loans to the 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers manufactured by Bajaj Motors itself. This report covers my analysis on the organizations’ strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, competitive position using Michael Porter five forces model and the factors which may have impact on it. This report covers the work profile of the department and the details of the tasks done. Below mentioned were my major roles during the internship: 1. To conduct customer survey to fine tune field effective in Login- Conversions and Competition bench marking. 2. To prepare standard operating procedures for the processes involved in Product and Marketing. For both the above mentioned tasks, training and learning sessions were provided to me, so that I can work on my assigned tasks effectively and efficiently. I have learnt and observed many tools, techniques and skills during the internship programme like the use of ERP, negotiation skills, commercial awareness, benefits of mystery calling, etc. This summer internship programme has gained me both industry based and basic learning needed as an individual to sustain in the corporate world. | en_US |
