Abstract: The following report summarizes my summer internship at Explorra Consulting. The project included branding and marketing for Explorra Consulting as the firm, as well as actively practicing and imparting knowledge on Design Thinking. This involved a thorough examination of what Explorra does as an organization, which segment of the population they target, who their rivals are, and much more. The project assisted me in better understanding Explorra's marketing scenarios and updating the brand with a more current and polished design. The project started with a study of the brand Explorra and its current resources, such as websites and social media networks. It subsequently progressed to the study of current branding and rebranding strategies. I researched different branding models such as David Aaker's brand equity model, Keller's Equity Model, and many more. The project then entered the idea phase, during which we defined the new branding and created an action plan for it. During the implementation phase, I presented different marketing ideas for the new Explorra brand that could be used on various social media handle platforms. I also devised a social media strategy that would benefit the audience. Along with that, I worked on the website prototype for Explorra Consulting, namely the blogs area. Many of my plans have already been executed, while others are stored in a database and will be implemented as needed in the future. Through the project, I gained a variety of new abilities and had several opportunity to use what I had learned in my first year of MBA studies. Thanks to the considerable freedom provided by the project mentor, the entire experience of this project was quite informative.
