Abstract: A market research project to identify the changes in sale of Amul Chocolate and Amul Ice Cream product range while pandemic period from a marketing point of view and analyses scope of Amul products in the market with showing its competition and comparison with its other big and small competitors. (Ahmedabad) The aim of this project is to demonstrate how markets behave differently in different situations. The aim of this project is to analyse the Amul's product market in Ahmedabad by visiting various stores, supermarts, and small shops in the area and analysing the sale of products before and after the total lockdown, as well as the difficulties faced by various store owners, products sold more during the lockdown, problems related to supply chain management of the products, consumer's expectation and feedback on the same and competitive performance. Application of various marketing strategies and models to analysis and demonstrate on topic.
