Abstract: Fyndhere was founded with the goal of reducing the efforts of individuals who are having trouble locating their product or service in their local market. It is a local search engine provider that provide local search related services to users across India through a mobile application (Android, iOS). It offers local businesses the ability to grow their businesses by registering their stores online and gaining more customer leads through the company’s technology platform. The app is a new one in the market and so needed a good customer acquisition strategy to increase its customer base. With the help of various tools and techniques, the objective of the project was to increase the customer base and to increase its online presence to attract customers and increase reach and awareness about the company. During the two months of the internship, various tasks were provided to me which all helped the company to increase it’s customer base and visibility. Surveys were conducted to understand customer problems, gaps and to get feedback on the app which helped us creating a strategy improving the app and to increase the company’s online presence and attractive social media pages.
