Abstract

The main reason for choosing N.J. groups My summer internship training is in the financial industry. Because I came from the finance industry, my main goal was to get expertise in the field of physical product sales and the issues that the marketing and sales departments encounter. The N.J group is one of India's largest financial services product providers, specialising in mutual funds and other financial instruments such as bonds and insurance. is proving to be an excellent platform for gaining expertise in both finance and marketing. The major objective assigned to me at N.J Group was to persuade potential advisory agents to participate in a one-on-one online meeting with my unit manager, Mr. Abhishek Rathore, for the recruitment and development of catering clients' advisory agents. Insurance agents, CPAs, private financial advisors, stockbrokers, and other advising agents were among our targets. I learned a lot from my assignments. People in India, particularly in Ratnam and the surrounding region, are less aware of the advantages and benefits of financial instruments such as Mutual Funds and their various schemes, making it difficult to start a Mutual Fund advisory business in Ratnam. However, there is one advantage to starting a Mutual Fund advisory business in Ratnam. Also, during the course of my task, I discovered that much of the Indian market is conservative and does not like to take risks. Through my conversations with insurance and financial advisors, I discovered that investors do not want to invest their money in any scheme that has risk or does not cover some of their risk, despite the fact that there is a lot of potential in the current market.
