Enhancing Happines in the Organization

Abstract

The Summer Internship Program during the MBA program by Institute of Management, Nirma University is a great opportunity for students to get Real Life Experience of the Business World. The 2-month experience provided me with this very opportunity to do my project at Renounced ED-Tech Company in India known as Explorra Education Pvt. Ltd. As part of my Internship, I got to work on two projects. A minor project which helped me to get to know about Explorra Education and Work in the Consulting Division of Explorra Education for Universities and Colleges. The Project was aimed at Developing action plans for the Universities in the Country to help recognize and adopt World class Education as part of being Explorra thought Leadership Program aimed at transforming the Education Imparted to Students in India. The Major Project was part of developing an understanding of Human Resource Management and the latest trends and workings in the Organization. The Major Project “Enhancing Happiness at Work” was aimed at helping the company in Identifying the Latest Trends in the Human Resource Management and using the research to recommend suggestions and help implement necessary actions in the Organization. The Major Project will have a great impact on my future prospectus and provided with new learnings and insights into the Corporate world. Both the Projects where very valuable and imparted great learning.
