Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement

Abstract

This report describes my two-month internship as an HR intern at Naapbooks Limited. I was assigned with a major project involving Talent Acquisition and other HR operations. I was primarily responsible for the Recruitment Process under this heading. Because the company is new and growing, it requires a large number of staff. As a result, recruitment was a significant focus. Apart from that, I was involved in activities aimed at increasing employee engagement. Drafting emails, producing social media posts, sorting mail, Documentation and Filing, and managing the company's database were all part of my job. My learnings from the internship term are listed below the project description.
