The summer internship is an integral part of any MBA program. The aim behind this industry exposure is to make students aware of real-life scenarios and hone their professional skills. Any learning is a waste if there no reflections and documentation of the same. This report aims to reflect my learnings, create anchors for further learning, and document them for future use. The report is divided into three sections. The first section describes learnings and knowledge about the sector and the organization. The second section focuses on my main project on organizational climate Survey. In the same part, I have also described my sub-tasks and their learning. The third part focuses on learning integration and my future agenda. The report contains as much information and data as possible. Some data has been deliberately not revealed due to protect the confidentiality of Intas Matoda data. This summer internship has provided me great learning and this report aims to portray them in the best possible manner. Also, it might help others to gain different perspectives.en_US
