Abstract

I was working with Bajaj Finance Limited – Auto Finance for a span of 2 months for my summer internship. This report gives a detailed account of my internship and learning with the organisation. The first part of the report includes the detailed information about the company like company profile, its sector, its industry, its opportunities and challenges. It also gives insights about the organisation history and the HR department in the organisation. The next part of the report gives details about the project work that was allotted to me by the organisation. At the end it also gives the tabular summary of the tasks assigned and the deliverables to the organisation. Next part of the report highlights the learning gained from the summer internship. It highlights how I applied the knowledge, tools and concepts studied in the first year were applicable during the internship. It also highlights the new knowledge and skills gained during the internship. Along with the technical aspects, I also have highlighted the soft skills that I have gained during the internship.
