Attendance Management and Off-Role Engagement

Abstract

I was working for Bajaj Auto finance for last 2 months, the first part of the report includes the detailed information about the company like company profile, the products and services offered by the company, customer segmentation and its major competitors. The other part is about the work that I have to perform in organization, During this time I worked on two things, attendance management and payroll automation, this was related to that how we can impart efficient online payroll automation and attendance management to the employees and how we can improve the software used for it and minimize the chances of errors if possible, This also includes the suggesting new ideas to the company on how we can improve the process on online platform. The last part of this report is about the learning I have gained during the time I was working with the organization and how it has helped me in becoming better and learn something new.
