Recruitment Trend in Pandemic and Current Market Scenario of Job Portal Industry

Abstract

The report explains my two-month journey at Times Internet as human resource intern. I have tried to present the research work and other tasks done as articulately and appropriately as possible. The report starts with Industry analysis of the IT sector and then presents an insight about the different branches of the Times Internet group. The tasks done by me during this internship are presented in a phased manner and some examples of the tasks done have also been attached. Phase – 1 explains all the research work that goes into finding the appropriate clients. Phase – 2 deals with communicating with the organizations and pitching our services to them. Phase – 3 explains the demo sessions that we provided to the interested clients. Finally, Phase – 4 deals with research work done about the different appraisal methods. The report ends with learnings that I gained and the skills that I developed during these 2 months.
