Abstract: | The internship at Shree Ramkrishna Exports Pvt. Ltd. was completely based on the Human Resource work. Earlier it was completely on-site mode but due to covid-29 pandemic, it shifted to hybrid mode where I got onsite exposure of about 7 days. In the initial phase, the project was more about the getting understating regarding the diamond industry and how organization works and who are the competitors of the organization in same industry. The detail tasks were started by doing various researches like career page analysis, competitor page analysis, analysis of the all-possible improvements. As a second step, it was inclined based on recruitment process where tasks like observation of interviews, understand whole recruitment portal of the organization and also sourcing related tasks. A latter half was more about the survey on the trainings and the vaccination drive which was the project done on-site. Along with some main tasks, there were task regarding finding details for the campus placement, too. The major learnings from this internship are get detail insights about the recruitment area in the organization along with other departments of Human Resource Department as well. |
