Abstract: My summer internship at Fyndhere involved experiential learning of various HR processes at a Start-up. The main focus was to lead the sales team and align their efforts with the business strategic goal to gain more traction. I also worked on establishing HR systems and procedures at the organization to simplify and smooth out various human resources operations. The goal was to make day-to-day HR activities more efficient and productive. I had to engage in multiple HR processes such as Talent Acquisition, Orientation, Training and Development, and Performance Management. This report elaborates my experiences with these varied processes which not only helped me grow as a professional but also added value to the organization.
