Recruitment and Selection

Abstract

During the summer internship of 8 weeks, I was given a work of talent acquisition and other HR practices. Under the Talent Acquisition I was mainly involved in whole recruitment process, from Souring, Cold Calling to Joining of the selected candidate. Since the organisation is very huge and spread across the India, it is in need of employees. This was the main reason for main focus on recruitment part here. Apart from that I was also involved in employee engagement activities, like poster making, flayers making on the festivals and days celebration. I was also worked in operation, where I have collect documents and do the entry for the same for the candidate who will be going to receive offer letter.
