Abstract: This internship was carried out at Bajaj Finance limited – AF. The main objective of this project is to understand the different manpower process carried out at organization. This report is about different activity and project done by me in the last 2 months at Bajaj Auto finance for last 2 months. In The first section of the report contains thorough information about the industry, about company, including its products and services, regional divisions of BFL – AF, departments of BFL – AF, human resource department BFL – AF, major roles of HR department BFL – AF. In the other part is about the work carried out by me in organization the, during my internship I worked about manpower process which include onboarding process of employees, Joining Process attendance management and payroll process. Till now company used to do all the manpower process activity by manually but now they automated this process in different way. For onboarding process company use POP application. Sigma, Team lease and WorQ are used for attendance management and payroll process. In the last part of this report is about the learning outcome which I have gained during the period of internship. I was working with the organization and how it has helped me in becoming better and learn something new.
