dc.description.abstract | Fortune Landmark is a part of the hotel chain of Fortune Park Hotels situated in Ahmedabad. Fortune Landmark is a stylish, modern business hotel in the heart of Ahmedabad. The hotel offers top-notch services and amenities, combining home comforts with Fortune Hotels' dependable service. The report contains corporate structure, Mckinsey 7’s Model, Industry Analysis. I have to work in statutory compliance domain where we are being assigned particular topic related to Statutory Compliance, we have to be prepared with thorough research on that particular topic, and in the session that topic is discussed in detail and how it play role in an organization practically. After every session we have to prepare learning log, in which we have to articulate our learning and understanding for the same. I have done following task which are as follows: In Week-1: Shop Establishment Act of 1984; Keep a Register; Employees' annual leave entitlements; Working Hours; Minimum Wages; Salary, Wages, and Benefits (SWB). Week-2: Eligibility of EPF; Provident Fund; Provident Fund Types; Calculations Week-3: Overview of Training and Development Department; PF and ESIC Calculations Week-4: POSH Act Week-5: Gratuity Calculation; Various Forms (Checklist for Personal Files, Payment of Wages Rules, 2009 Form-I, Form ‘F’, Employee Provident Fund Scheme,1952 and Employee pension scheme, 1995). The report contain the work of 2 month i.e. 6 May 2021 to 6 July 2021. It includes Hr learnings, Competencies developed as hr professional, behavioural competencies and learning Integration. | en_US |
