dc.description.abstractI was offered a two months summer internship in IIFL Finance Ltd. The first part of the report includes the detailed information about the company like company profile, the products and services offered by the company. The second part is about the work that I have done in the organization and also my contribution during the entire two months. During my internship program, I was given different projects by the company. This report is about how can we impart efficient online recruitment and selection of the employees during a crisis situation like Covid-19 where offices are closed. Making the process more efficient for recruitment & selection so that the company can hire interns/employees easily. This task also involved studying about the various recruitment & selection process along with the work related to it that a company follows in detail. Learned different techniques of hiring and sourcing of candidates through different online portals. Got an opportunity to perform employee engagement activity and how it is enhances to the overall culture of an organisation. I was able to understand the real-world application attributable to the practical approach, which was supported by the mentor's input as well as academic experience. It also offered an incentive for high-impact learning, as we were expected to perform comprehensive analysis and incorporate what we had learned. The thorough knowledge of roles and responsibilities allowed us to learn about the department's integration in the final implementation of jobs in a business organisation, as well as how a whole team is engaged in bringing the organization forward.en_US
