Week 1 and week 2, I worked on minor project which was based on sales and marketing of 3D Printing specialized programme. Here, I worked on competitors, SWOT analysis of the programme, target groups, marketing strategies, and calling various colleges for arranging the introductory webinar for students for this 3D printing course. From week 3, I started working on my major project ‘Proposing innovative solutions for recruitment, selection and onboarding process by studying global contemporary HR practices.’ I have done research on global trends on various topics like recruitment, selection, HR metrics, employer branding, selection criteria, HR policies, offer letters, onboarding process.
