Abstract

The report highlights the importance of Financial literacy in our lives and highlights the path of investing and how the stock market works. Praedico deals in providing services to the market enthusiasts and help to manage their portfolio. The report exclusively takes from basics of what the stock market is about to the factors that determine the stocks and how the company performs. Firstly we will learn what Praedico is all about and how they function and their business strategy. The objective and methodology of deriving the results are learnt. Important keyword related to stocks are learnt. Then comes the research part where the stocks are analyzed by learning the techniques and indicators that determine the stock and its futures. First the Fundamental Parameters are learnt and then applied on different stocks. This made us realize which stocks to trade and which should be discarded. Then comes the Technical Indicators that determined at what time the stocks should be traded. Together they help to learn how the stocks rally with time and gain best output. Later comes the Business Development Part, where we learn how to market different products and based on our learnings we got clear idea to pitch the products to customers. It also gave us insights about how the customer behaves and responses over the pitch. Their criticism gave a whole new dimensions of dealing with customers and what better can be done to make a successful pitch. In the end, we realize about the importance of Financial Literacy and what are the impacts that we see in a managerial aspect that the learnings from the internship will come in application.
