dc.description.abstract | Tablets are the most often used dose because of their advantages in high-precision dosing, manufacturing basis, and patient compliance. Tablets are the most common doseform. Mathematics models studied force time, force distance, and die wall forcecharacteristics of tableting are used to analyse the work of compression, and timedependent deformation ehaviours have medications. To optimize the tablet compression process, a design of experiments method was used. On two compression machines, the influence of four process parameters on the tablet compression process was studied. Three factors investigated were turret speed, pre-compression force, and main compression force. A little modification in the primary Compression Force has a huge influence on tablet characteristics. Given the range investigated, Turret Speed and Pre compression force had a high significant effect on tablet properties. Then studying analysis using a computer technique known as the finite element method. The finite element technique is one of the most often utilised methodologies in engineering. Modelling complex shape combinations and conducting detailed stress studies to estimate the maximum force loading that the punch tip can bear while still allowing for limitless tableting cycles. This study focuses on the CAD model, kinematic, dynamic and mathematical models, and all Stress Simulation studies on the machine and Tools. | en_US |
