Because fixture plays an essential role in enhancing the weld quality of the equipment, optimizing our resources in the best possible way becomes essential. In today's world, due to constantly depleting resources and cut-throat competition, the fixture's design with the minimum cost, high quality & accuracy. The manufactured object can satisfy all its operational parameters and have a long life but is manufactured with the correct quantity of material. Thus, it is not only saving our nature, but the manufacturing of the fixture has low cost but less lead time with the right quality, like this concept in which there is the design of the fixture which can withstand the load. Which load comes from the equipment with the minimum material requirement and provides the high quality of the fixture and the proper position to the equipment of the component during the manufacturing (welding of the component) provide the equipment which can meet the requirements. The total weight of the equipment is 250 tons.en_US
