Control system plays vital role in process industries. There are many MIMO processes with Multi Input Multi Output (MIMO) which is highly non-linear in behavior. Difficulty arises for designing control system is, when interaction between input-output variables and immeasurable disturbance occurs. Conical tank is more useful in fully drain-out and easily drain out application. Quadruple tank system is highly complex because of coupling effect and interaction. Level control of Quadruple Conical Tank System(QCTS) is challenge for engineer because of constant change in cross sectional area. The classical PID control of Coupled conical tank system is very difficult to achieve desired output as a consequence of non-linearity, time varying and changing in phase. The proposed project is to investigate different fuzzy control algorithm for MIMO process. Presents a comparatively analysis of practical implementation between classical PID control and different fuzzy control for bench mark process called Modified Quadruple conical tank system along with the Simulation work in LabVIEW platform.en_US
